PHOXShop streamlines sourcing by connecting approved buyers with vetted suppliers and manufacturers through a single platform—reducing the friction of managing multiple vendors, catalogs, and ordering processes.
PHOXShop is not open to the general public. Access is available only to approved accounts to help maintain a reliable, high-quality marketplace for both buyers and partners.

PHOXShop ("PHOXShop", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal and business information of our users. PHOXShop is operated by PharmaGuide Inc., a Canadian company.
Business & Account Information: business name, address, and contact details; authorized user names, email addresses, and phone numbers; retailer or partner application details; account credentials and login information.
Order & Transaction Information: order history and product selections; billing information; payment authorization details — payment information is processed by third-party providers and is not stored directly by PHOXShop.
Communications: emails, inquiries, and support requests; communications related to orders, applications, or account activity.
Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device information; log data and usage information for security and performance purposes.
All payments made through PHOXShop are processed by secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you authorize PHOXShop and its payment processors to process charges in accordance with our Terms of Service.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or business information. We may share information only when necessary, including with: fulfillment partners and suppliers for order processing and delivery; payment processors to complete transactions; service providers supporting website hosting, analytics, or security; legal or regulatory authorities when required by law. Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted at checkout. Tracking information is provided when available.
All sales are final. PHOXShop does not accept returns or exchanges.

To join PHOXShop, partners must submit an application and be approved. Partner participation is subject to ongoing alignment with marketplace standards and policies.

PHOXShop provides secure, business-ready payment processing. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment transactions are handled through secure, compliant payment gateways. Receipts and invoices are available for record-keeping and accounting purposes.
By placing an order or maintaining a saved payment method, you authorize PHOXShop and its payment processors to charge the card on file for amounts related to your purchases, including (where applicable):
Per site security policies, you may be prompted to complete verification. PHOXShop may suspend or restrict account access for failed payments or outstanding balances.
PHOXShop is available only to approved pharmacies and retailers.
Submit an online application with your business details. Applications are reviewed for eligibility and alignment with PHOXShop policies. If approved, you'll receive access to browse and order through PHOXShop. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
To protect marketplace quality and integrity: PHOXShop may request additional information at any time to verify eligibility. Access may be denied, suspended, limited, or removed at any time, including for policy violations, misuse of the platform, suspected fraud, non-payment, chargebacks, or conduct that creates risk for suppliers, partners, or the marketplace. Approved access does not create any entitlement to continued use of PHOXShop.
